Terracaribe Hotel Boutique - Cancun

Had a great stay for one night! The pool was clean and inviting, and the breakfast, though simple, had good sandwich croissants. Despite the small room, I enjoyed my time here!

The room was new and clean, with all basic necessities. The staff was very helpful. The bus to the beach is only a few hundred meters away.

I would have liked a hotel closer to the centro, as you need to take a bus or taxi to get to restaurants etc.

Make sure you stay in the standard room with the view of the garden. The property's location is great and perfect, adjacent to ferry, and downtown, in. Downtown Cancun district is worth looking into.

central location, but limited amenities

I appreciated the central location. The city view from my room was pleasant. It added a nice touch to my stay. Check-in was smooth, which helped ease the stress of my unexpected stay.

There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area, leaving us feeling a bit limited .

the location was awful, we did´t dare to leave the room, we should had stayed for 1 week, we moved away the second day..

We were stopping over in Cancun for 1 night and otore than we bargained for - a lovely hotel with swimming pool and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free wifi always a bonus!

The location is not great for the beach, but it is only a short taxi ride to the busstation.

A cozy night at the airport

After a long day, we stumbled into this hotel near the airport. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean-perfect for a quick stay!

Unfortunately, the area felt deserted, and there was little to do nearby. The lack of amenities was noticeable, but it met our needs for the night.

The jacuzzi water temperature was cold so not really fonctionnal. The pool is cold and very small. the Internet was not working in the room but was working in the specific area. We have receive a good help from the employee. You have to take a taxi if you want to go to a restaurant or walk a few blocks but it is kind of scary to walk in the city. Noisy. no elevator so not practical for a person with a wheelchair. To far from the airport. I received wrong information from google mapquest.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent location.

The building was beautiful inside and I appreciated the cleanliness overall, which is a plus. Despite the nice decor, the area feels a bit less safe compared to other parts of Cancun. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with leaking air conditioning and had to change rooms multiple times because of bathroom problems. The staff was decent, but I know I can find better options elsewhere in a safer area for the same price.

Spacious room with plenty of water pressure and the laundry and a high standard of housekeeping.

This hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean, with excellent staff. Worth every penny booking online (a walk-in paid nearly double what I paid online). Out of the way, but worth the short taxi ride into Cancun center, and on a main city street so easy to flag taxis down...Good value and recommended.

The terracaribe hotel boutique has a great location, just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The free wireless internet worked perfectly, and the room was well-maintained and spacious. I loved that the hotel was within easy reach of local street vendors for authentic food.

Also, I really enjoyed how favourable the location was. Local fast food option Ma Gallina was 10 minutes walk away. The staff was courteous and polite, provided me with a modern superior room.
